Lot split request BAL 1088 involves a 17.70 acre undeveloped, platted parcel located north of the Albany Street, west of Elm. The property is zoned CH/PUD 103D.

The property was platted as Lot 1 of Broken Arrow Post Acute Health Care Campus, Plat #6565 in Tulsa County, October 1, 2014. The applicant is requesting to split Lot 1, creating three lots. Tract A, the south parcel, contains 5.40 acres. Tract B, the northeast parcel, contains 7.45 acres. Tract C, the northwest parcel, contains 4.48 acres. The tracts will be developed separately with different owners. Each development is related to health care.
