Background:
Bids were solicited for the supply of Medical Oxygen and Industrial Gas to replace the previous contract, which expired on June 30, 2024. Three bids were received for the services, which include the refill, lease, and rental of medical oxygen and industrial gas cylinders for the City of Broken Arrow.
After evaluating the bids, it is recommended that American Medical Gas be selected as the primary vendor and Fullerton Welding Supply as the secondary vendor. This approach will ensure a reliable supply and competitive pricing for the City's needs. Approval of this recommendation will enable the timely and efficient procurement of these essential gases.
