Approval of and authorization to execute an Interlocal Agreement between the Broken Arrow School District and the City of Broken Arrow for the provision of school crossing guards

Background:
The City desires to ensure the safety of all students within the city limits. For that reason, Staff recommends that the Council approve an Interlocal Agreement to assist the Broken Arrow School District in providing crossing guards at several significant intersections within the City of Broken Arrow. This will improve the general public safety at those locations. Broken Arrow School District will hire, train, supervise and equip the crossing guards.
Cost: $32,000.00
