The property owner, or their representative, has submitted an application requesting the closure of an easement on property located south of Kenosha Street (71st Street), west of Midway Road (257th E Ave). The location and details of the easement to be closed are detailed in the “Easement Vacation Exhibit” attachment.
Staff have reviewed the request and recommend acceptance of the easement closure.
