Background:

BAZ-002425-2025 is a request to rezone 10.60 acres from AG (Agricultural) to CG (Commercial General), and PUD-002428-2025 is a request for a Planned Unit Development for Tower Corner. The property is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of New Orleans Street (101st Street) and 9th Street (177th E Avenue/Lynn Lane). The property is currently unplatted; however, the Broken Arrow Municipal Authority dedicated right-of-way along both street frontages in 2025. The development includes a municipal water tower and is anticipated to have commercial uses along New Orleans Street.
