Approval of and authorization to execute a renewal agreement with Infinity Fire for Fire Monitoring Services
End
Background:
To improve service while decreasing costs, the Maintenance Services Department is recommending the first renewal of the agreement with Infinity Fire for fire monitoring serviceses, under the terms of the original bid which allows for annual renewals. This renewal will cover the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
The City of Broken Arrow, through the Maintenance Services Department, solicited proposals for Fire Monitoring Services to ensure consistent and reliable protection for City facilities. To promote transparency and encourage competitive participation, the Request for Proposal (RFP) was advertised in the Tulsa World and on the City of Broken Arrow website.
The Purchasing Division issued RFP Packet 25.160, and after a thorough evaluation of all submissions, it was determined that Infinity Fire submitted the most advantageous proposal for the City. The RFP includes options for renewal, contingent upon approval by the Governing Body
