Background:
The City of Broken Arrow has previously contracted with Wood, Puhl & Wood to provide counsel and legal advice regarding civil rights and use of force cases.
The attached Professional Services Agreement memorializes retention of the firm, costs and the hourly rates to be charged. The firm charges the following rates:
Scott Wood $250.00 per hour
Associates $185.00 per hour
Paralegals $ 90.00 per hour
Routine costs such as copying and postage are addressed in the Agreement. Costs and fees for this matter are capped at $50,000.00 and it will expire June 30, 2025.
Cost: Not to Exceed $50,000.00
