Background:
Ordinance 3924 was adopted by City Council at the regular meeting of July 14, 2026. Upon filing at Tulsa County on July 15, 2026 (Document No. 2026065126), two typographical errors were identified. Those errors are highlighted in the original ordinance attachment. The corrective ordinance attachment reflects the necessary changes.
