Background:
Engineering & Construction Department staff negotiated a Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Olsson, Inc., for design of a residential street rehabilitation project in the Steeple Chase subdivision. The agreement includes design services to provide plans, for bidding and construction purposes, for the rehabilitation and replacement of concrete pavement panels, curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, inlets, and adjustment of manholes and valve boxes to grade, and other miscellaneous appurtenances.
Cost: $72,250
