Background:
The Wedgewood Residential Streets Concrete Panel Replacement project is to replace some of the roads in the Wedgewood neighborhood. The project did not have some roads in the contract and therefore this change order is needed to get most of the roads completed.
Change Order #3 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- At the directions of the COBA Contract Administrator, a reconciliation of contract amount is requested. Estimated quantities from Change Orders no 1 and 2 changed the total contract price to $1,129,524.05, installed quantities were $48,490.55 below that.
- There is no change in contract time.
The total cost for Change Order #3 amounts to ($48,490.55)
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
