Background:

The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from the Independent School District #3 of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, aka/Broken Arrow Public Schools, the owner. Parcel 3 consists of 0.56 acres for the Wagoner County Trunk Line Phase I Rehabilitation, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.
