Background:
The Development Services Department requested and sought bids for a nuisance abatement contractor in 2014. This service includes the mowing, cleaning and the removal of trash and debris on properties that have been through the abatement process and failed to self-abate.
Momentum Services was the successful bidder. The contract period was for one year, ending October, 2015. The service agreement allows renewal periods for subsequent years. For this renewal, Momentum Services has submitted a 0.0% cost increase. Momentum has provided acceptable levels of service during this past agreement period and Staff recommends renewing the agreement for an additional year.
Cost: Not to exceed $60,000.00
