Notification of Quarterly Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Status Report for City Council
End
Background:
This report provides a quarterly update on the status of the City's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. As of this reporting period, all major systems are fully operational and remain in standard support mode. The Information Technology (IT) Department continues to manage and support the day-to-day operations of these systems, including necessary maintenance and administrative functions.
The IT Department has been actively engaged in sustaining optimal performance across all ERP platforms. This report summarizes key activities, completed tasks, and ongoing initiatives across the City's core systems during this period.
In addition, City staff members are preparing to attend the annual Tyler Technologies User Conference in early May. Participation in this event provides a valuable opportunity to directly engage with product managers and contribute to the evolution of the ERP systems we rely on. The conference also offers a chance to collaborate with representatives from other municipalities, gaining insight into how similar systems are being utilized and discovering best practices that could enhance our own operations.
Notably, the IT Department recently completed successful upgrades to Tyler Munis, Tyler InCode and ExecuTime. These upgrades were preceded by comprehensive testing within a dedicated test environment, carried out in coordination with key departmental users. Following successful validation, the upgrades were implemented in the production environment.
The following information provides a summary of daily IT support activity over the past quarter. This includes a breakdown of support tickets that have been opened and resolved, which reflect the ongoing collaboration between IT and system users. Any tickets still in progress are being actively addressed.
