Background:
In January of 2023, the Authority, along with City Council, approved a contract for design of the Innovation District Infrastructure Improvements project. The project was designed, bid and is currently under construction.
This Amendment 2 will provide funds for construction services, final pond design, and as-built survey and analysis of the ponds post construction. Staff negotiated with the consultant and arrived at the attached design Amendment 2. Staff recommends approval of Amendment 2.
Cost: $27,500
