Background:
The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Kazar Holdings, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company.
Payment for the Temporary Construction Easement includes a Temporary Construction Easement over the Permanent Utility Easement of 680 sf.
Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.
Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond Issue.
Cost: Permanent Utility Easement: 680 SF @ $3.00/SF X 75% = $1,530
Temporary Construction Easement: 680 SF @ $3.00/SF X 25%= $510
Damages: $1,560.00
Total Compensation Amount (Rounded): $ 3,600.00
