Approval of and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvement for Ithica Medical Center located at 1013 West Ithica Street

Background:
Reco Enterprises has completed the construction for the Ithica Medical Center. The required improvement is in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. This improvement was constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvement includes the following: (1) Paving, (Sidewalk).
The owner desires to donate the public improvement identified above to the City. This improvement has an approximate value of $3,240.00.
