Background:

The Municipal Budget Act adopted by the City Council allows the City to amend the budget at any time during the year for necessary expenditures incurred that exceed the original budget or when circumstances warrant the action.

 

Budget Amendment Number 31 is to appropriate a portion of fund balance for the necessary design and repair of the bridge on S. 193rd East Avenue (County Line Road) between E. 151st Street South and E. 161st Street South. (Project ST21420).
