The attached Deed of Dedication is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Cheeneah Maria Armstrong, the owner. Parcel 1.1 consists of 0.05 Acres of permanent Right-of-Way located at 9123 South 177th East Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Cheeneah Maria Armstrong, has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way: 0.05 ACRES @ $146,638 ACRE = $7.340
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $7,340
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the Deed of Dedication. Payment of the compensation amount is on the March 18, 2025 City Council Claims List.
