Background:

Engineering & Construction Department staff negotiated a Professional Services Agreement with Smith-Roberts Land Services, Inc. for assistance with acquisition of three (3) parcels on the 23rd Street Widening project from Albany Street to Omaha Street. The agreement includes services to provide title reports and appraisals for each parcel according to the requirements Uniform Act due to Surface Transportation Program funding.
