Background:

Rezoning case BAZ-1995 (A-RM to RM) and PUD-273, which contained 18.49 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on March 6, 2018.  The City Council approved BAZ-1995 & PUD-273 subject to the property being platted. The subject property was platted as Redbud Ranch in Wagoner County on October 07, 2021.  The property is generally located one-quarter mile north of Albany Street (61st Street), east of 23rd Street (County Line Road).

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3818 and approve the Emergency Clause.

 

Zoning Change: A-RM (Annexed Residential Multi-Family) to RM (Residential Multi-Family) along with PUD-273
