Background:
Vehicle Unit 1304, failed and needs a motor replacement, the vehicle is 10 years old and has over 109k miles. In lieu of replacing the engine, this is to propose using capital funds from the below project.

Replacement vehicle SUV Ford Escape 4x2 $27,158
This project will have funds available due to our ongoing server consolidation and virtualization work within the city network.
