Approval of and authorization to execute Resolution No. 1600, a Resolution of the Broken Arrow City Council ratifying, approving, authorizing, and accepting a purchase and sales agreement of real estate for the purchase of real property located at 21044 East 101st Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (the “real property”), in accordance with the terms of a certain purchase and sales agreement of real estate by and between Karla A. Ralph and the City of Broken Arrow; approving and authorizing the purchase of the real property pursuant to the contract for sale of real estate for the sum of $255,000.00; and authorizing the City of Broken Arrow’s designating representatives for purposes of granting certain approvals and executing certain instruments as required under and in connection with said purchase and sales agreement; and containing other provisions relating thereto; and approval and authorization to execute the purchase and sales agreeement

Background:
City staff are acquiring property contained within the Whispering Hills Estate Subdivsion close to the Amphitheatre in order to plan for possible future development. The attached is a purchase and sale contract for property located in the Subdivision.
