Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Middle America Steel Services, Inc., an Oklahoma Corporation, the owner. Parcel 14.0 consists of 1,516 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way located at 8200 South Lynn Lane Road in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.  Middle America Steel Services, Inc., an Oklahoma Corporation has donated the subject property, subject to City Council approval:
