Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1640 (A-1 to R-3S and C-2) was approved by the City Council on June 7, 2004, and BAZ 1657 (A-1 to R-3S) was approved by the City Council on November 1, 2004, subject to the property being platted. Part of the R-3S property located one-quarter mile north of Houston Street, one-quarter mile west of Evans Road has been platted as Bel Lago II. The plat was filed in Wagoner County on August 31, 2015. On February 1, 2008, the R-3S district was changed to RS-3.
