Background:
The Houston St Improvements project will be to rehabilitate the water line from 23rd st to Old Highway 51. The project will also widen the road to allow for more traffic.
Change Order #4 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Provide an additional traffic control sequence, Phase IV, for the purpose of following ODOT recommendations regarding pavement installation phasing and flex tabs
The total cost for Change Order #4 amounts to $13,875.00
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
