Background:
The Parks and Recreation Department has budgeted for the purchase and installation of turf surfacing for the Country Aire Park playground. Funds for this purchase are available in the Sales Tax Capital Improvement Fund in the amount of $54,111.50 (Project 2660140, Account Number 3306000-570150). A bid has been received from Happy Playgrounds, LLC through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing contract (formerly NJPA) #010521, City membership #67325. Staff recommends that the Council approve and authorize the purchase from Happy Playground, LLC, for the purchase and installation of playground turf
