Acceptance of a Utility Easement on an unplatted area belonging to Double Eagle Estates, LLC, located one-third mile east of Olive Avenue, one-half mile south of Tucson Street, Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma (Section 04, T17N, R14E)

End

Background:

The applicant, Justin Morgan of Tanner Consulting on behalf of the owner, Julius Puma, is requesting the acceptance of a 15’ utility easement, labeled as a “Proposed 12” Sanitary Sewer.”  Since the utility easement will be running through an unplatted area, it has been submitted by separate instrument.  Phase I of Double Eagle is in the process of being platted while the Southern half of the eighty acres (Phase II and Phase III) will remain unplatted at this time.    The property is generally located one-third mile east of Olive Avenue and half a mile south of Tucson Street.

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the Utility Easement.
