Background:
The Broken Arrow Events Park is located at 21101 E 101st St, Broken Arrow, OK 74014. The City of Broken Arrow is looking into future infrastructure improvements in the park.
On September 19, 2023, City Council passed an Agreement with Kimley Horn to start the Topographic Survey and Geotechnical Investigation for Events Park. This amendment is to start design work on the infrastructure improvements.
City staff negotiated an agreement with the Kimley Horn to begin design work at an Hourly rate Not to Exceed (HNTE) $100,000.00.
