Background:
Throughout 2022, a space needs assessment study was performed on departments across the city government to determine the best utilization of facility resources for the growing work force. This renovation project is based on those findings, combining the administration of the Utilities department with Streets and Stormwater administration. The neighborhood engagement inspections division out of Community Development will also remain within the facility.
The Furniture Fixtures and Equipment for this facility were advertised for bid in March of 2026. Three bids were received on March 26, 2026. The Certified Bid Tabulation is attached. The lowest reasonable bid for the FF&E was from Crown Office Furnishings for $288,892.67.
Cost: $288,892.67
