Background:
At its meeting of May 03, 2016 the City Council approved a Professional Services Contract with Nicholls Consulting, PLLC for project management assistance in the Engineering and Construction Department in the amount of $50,000.00. Ms. Geneva Nicholls was hired as a full-time project engineer on October 1, 2016. The attached amendment to the Professional Services Contract in an amount not to exceed $22,000.00 covers the gap between the original contract and the date of her full-time employment, for which payment has already been made.
Cost of Amendment No. 1 is a not to exceed amount and based on hours worked. Funding for this contract will come from the department budget.
