Background:
The City of Broken Arrow’s telephone system runs on Cisco Call Manager which requires several product modules to maintain the telephones and keep them operational. Flex Calling is one of those which has been purchased through Chickasaw Telecom, Inc.
This is year two of a three-year agreement to be renewed through Chickasaw Telecom, a provider of the service through the State contract for CISCO products.
Sufficient funds were budgeted for this expenditure in this year's budget. Staff recommends approval of this renewal. This expenditure is budgeted in the FY23 budget.
