Approval of and authorization to execute the First Amendment to Economic Development Agreement by and among CSI Aerospace, Inc, the Broken Arrow Economic Development Authority and the City of Broken Arrow

Background:
On June 2, 2025, Broken Arrow Economic Development Authority, the City of Broken Arrow and CSI Aerospace, Inc. entered into an Economic Development Agreement to incentivize the development of a manufacturing facility located in Arrow Forge.
Under the agreement, CSI Aerospace, Inc, committed to construct and operate a 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility, investing a minimum of $5,500,000 in construction costs, $600,000 in equipment and machinery, and adding 50 new full-time quality jobs.
The First Amendment provides for expedited permitting, inspections, and various approvals, to the greatest extent possible and modifies the construction start date to July 1, 2027. The construction start date in the current Economic Development Agreement is 90 days from completion of the City’s obligations.
