Background:

The attached Utility Easements are being conveyed to City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation. The parcels consist of the following: 29.0 is 0.09 acres, 29.1 is 0.13 acres, 35.0 is 0.42 acres, 35.1 is 0.62 acres, 36.0 is 0.02 acres, 36.1 and 36.2 are 0.04 acres each.  Parcels 39.0 thru 35.1 are located in Indian Springs Park II Addition, and Parcels 36.0 thru 36.2 are located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. This donation is for the Elm Creek Trunk Line Replacement, Parcels 29.0, 29.1, 35.0, 35.1, 36.0, 36.1, and 36.2 (Project No. 201710).

 

A copy of the signed Utility Easement is attached.
