Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1925 (R-2, CN, and CH to CN) and PUD 232 were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on January 6, 2015, subject to the property being replatted. The property is located on the south side of Kenosha Street between Ash Avenue and Main Street. The plat, Rib Crib Addition, was recorded in Tulsa County on May 29, 2015.
Zoning Change: R-2 (Single-Family Residential), CN (Commercial Neighborhood), and CH (Commercial Heavy) to CN (Commercial Neighborhood) and PUD 232
Acreage: 1.37 acres

All of Rib Crib Addition, a re-plat of Lots 1, 2, 3, 12, 13, Block 4, Brown’s Addition, a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4), of Section (11), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Fourteen (14) East, I.M., Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, document no. 6612.
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3396 and approve the Emergency Clause.
