Recognition of Youth City Councilor, Breese Campbell, for being selected to serve on the National League of Cities’ 2026-2027 Youth Advisory Council

Background:
Breese Campbell is a senior on the Broken Arrow Youth City Council and was recently selected by the National League of Cities (NLC) to serve on its national 2026-2027 Youth Advisory Council.
NLC selected six young leaders from across the country to receive leadership training and help plan and lead the NLC’s national youth conferences. Members of this council will build skills in facilitation, public speaking, and civic leadership.
NLC stated that Ms. Campbell’s application impressed the selection committee with her leadership, commitment to civic engagement, and dedication to creating positive changes in her community.
