Background:
The City received an Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Court Order for Billy Wilkinson, Fire Department. The Court's Order is presented for the City Council's approval.

Mr. Wilkinson injured his right ankle on July 19, 2012, when he stepped out of the fire engine onto uneven ground. He was released to maximum medical improvement on November 27, 2012.

The Court found Mr. Wilkinson sustained a 17% permanent partial impairment to the right foot. The Court has determined that he is entitled to compensation totaling $12,080.20. The sum of $2,416.04 must be deducted from the award and paid to his attorney, J.L. Franks.

The Order directs the City to pay taxes in the sum of $332.20 and a filing fee in the sum of $140.00. These amounts are included on the payment list for council approval.

The City's Worker' Compensation Attorney advises that there is no basis for appeal and would recommend the Order be approved and placed in line for payment.
