Background:

The property owner, or their representative, has submitted an application requesting the closure of a waterline easement on property located nearly one-half mile north of East Houston Street (81st Street), and one-fourth mile west of 9th Street (177th E Avenue/Lynn Lane).

The location and details of the easement to be closed are detailed in the “Utility Easement Partial Release - Exhibit ‘B’” attachment.

Staff have reviewed the request and recommends acceptance of the easement closure.
