Background:
The applicant/owner Davidson Family Irrevocable Trust submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a Utility Easement for the purpose of providing utility access on Lot 6, Block 6 of Sun City I adjacent to Omaha Street.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
