The City of Broken Arrow will provide all of the local participation money for the project in an amount from a non-federal source of funds. In the event of the Electric Vehicles falling into disrepair or unused due to an accident or other event, 80% of the residual value will be used to purchase a similar vehicle by the city in a reasonable time or that residual value will be remitted to INCOG for future allocation.
