Background:
The City of Broken Arrow uses Cisco equipment for phone and networking which is maintained with annual subscriptions. The Cisco Smartnet service provides professional services support for support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and advanced hardware replacement services.
Presidio is an approved vendor on the Oklahoma state contract and authorized for services under City ordinance per Section 2-27 of the Broken Arrow Code allowing exceptions to the established competitive bidding process. This is per contract Oklahoma NASPO ValuePoint Cisco AR3227 OK#SW1006C.
