Background:
The Houston St Improvements project will be to rehabilitate the water line from 23rd st to Old Highway 51. The project will also widen the road to allow for more traffic.
Change Order #3 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Remove a portion of an existing and abandoned 10” waterline to facilitate the installation of a proposed storm sewer system. Contractor to remove approximately 1200 LF of abandoned line and cap. Relocation was not possible.
The total cost for Change Order #3 amounts to $17,325.56
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
