Background:
In April, 2020 City Council approved a contract with GH2 Architects, LLC to design a Master Plan for Gateways entering the City. The goal of the Master Plan was to create a brand that lets visitors and citizens know when they enter the City of Broken Arrow and create a sense of pride in the community.
On October 19, 2021 City Council voted to accept the proposed Master Plan as developed by GH2 and recommended by the Planning Commission that included Gateway Designs at each entrance into the City.
On March 21, 2022 the City Council voted to approve a design contract with GH2 Architect to provide construction drawings for Gateway Signs throughout the city. Four Primary Gateway Signs, 2 Secondary Gateway Signs, and 8 Tertiary Gateway Signs have been built and installed throughout Broken Arrow with great success. This amendment is for GH2 to design and provide construction documents for four additional Primary Gateway Signs.
City Staff has negotiated an Amendment with GH2 Architects, LLC to design and provide constriction documents for the additional Gateway Signs.
Cost: $51,750.00
