Background:

The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Jason W. Camp, the owner. Parcel 17.0 consists of 720 square feet of Utility Easement located at 11806 East 64th Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Northwest Quarter Section 5, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.  Jason W. Camp has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

 

Permanent Utility Easement: 720 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $11.00 SF x 75% = $5,940

Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $5,940

 

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the Utility Easement.

Payment of the compensation amount is on the April 15, 2025 City Council Claims List.
