Approval of and authorization to execute Resolution No. 1112 for the City of Broken Arrow requesting programing of Tulsa Urbanized Area Transportation Alternative Funds for the Broken Arrow Creek Trail Phase 2 project

Background:

The City of Broken Arrow has selected to apply for a Transportation Alternatives Urbanized Area Fund (TAP Grant) for the Broken Arrow Creek Trail Phase 2 project.  The project begins at the intersection of South First Place and East Ithica Place, proceeding north along the west side of South First Place to Arrowhead Park on the north side of the intersection of South First Place and East Washington Street.  It is a connecting trail between the funded Broken Arrow Creek Trail Phase 1 project and the Main Street Bikeway project.  It will continue the connection with all the trails within the metropolitan area.
