Background:
The expired contract with Southern Uniform was established on January 17th, 2023, and was effective until January 17th, 2024. The contract stipulates it shall be renewable on an annual basis by agreement of both parties. We are happy with the service we receive from Southern Uniform, and happy with the price point of the items they sell. Additionally, they are willing to drive to Broken Arrow to measure officers for uniform and ballistic vest needs, a perk other companies cannot accommodate.
Cost: Estimate yearly cost of $100,000
Funding Source: Public Safety Sales Tax Police (Fund 344)
