Background:
BAZ-002194-2025 is a request to rezone 0.24 acre from R-3 (Single-family Residential) and DM (Downtown Mixed-Use)/DROD Area 6 to DM (Downtown Mixed-Use)/DROD (Downtown Residential Overlay District) Area 6, for the Realty One Group Dreamers commercial building development. The property is located one-third mile North of Houston Street (81st Street) and one-tenth mile east of Elm Place (166th E Avenue) at the northeast corner of Broadway Avenue and Date Avenue. The property is currently platted as Lots 13, 14, and 15 Block 38 of the Broken Arrow - Original town plat (STR 11-18-14); The development will include a commercial building.
