Broken Arrow Housing Partners II GP, LLC is dedicating an off-site utility easement for purposes providing utility access to a proposed Development. The site plan for Lynn Oaks Apartments is currently under review by Staff.
The dedication of the 10-footUtility easement shown in exhibit A has been reviewed by Staff and is recommended for acceptance.
