title

Approval of and authorization to reject all bids for Bid 25.104 for Traffic Signals as it is not in the best interest of the City of Broken Arrow

End

Background:

The City of Broken Arrow issued Bid 25.104 for Traffic Signals, which was advertised for two consecutive weeks, during the 20-day bidding process. On August 9th, 2024, two bids were received and opened for review. Upon evaluation, city staff determined that neither bid met the desired specifications.

After careful consideration, the City staff recommends rejecting the submitted bids as it would not be in the best interest of Broken Arrow and its residents. This decision ensures that future procurement efforts will better align with the City's needs and uphold the high standards expected by the community.
