Approval of final acceptance of the public improvement for Andy’s Frozen Custard located at 800 East Kenosha

Background:
EC Plumbing and Drain completed construction for the Andy’s Frozen Custard. The required improvement is in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. This improvement was constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Engineering and Construction Department Construction Division personnel.
Said Improvement consists of the following: (1) Storm Sewer.
The owner is required to dedicate the public improvement identified above to the City in accordance with the conditions of the Final Plat. This improvement has an approximate value of $26,900.00.
