The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Eagle I Investments, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, as nominee for LRL Christian Charitable Trust No. 1, a Colorado trust, the owner. Parcel 40.0 consists of 118.26 square feet of utility easement generally located at the northwest corner of the intersection of East Washington Street and North 23rd Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Eagle I Investments, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, as nominee for LRL Christian Charitable Trust No. 1, a Colorado trust has accepted the following offer, made subject to city council approval:
Permanent Utility Easement: 118.26 SQUARE FEET @ $0.75 SF x 75% = $66.52
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $70.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the Utility Easement.
Payment of the compensation amount is on the August 19, 2025 City Council Claims List.
